This review examines how Life-Cycle Assessment (LCA) can be combined with circular economy principles to improve sustainability in agri-food and wine production. It explores how LCA can identify environmental hotspots, improve resource efficiency and support waste valorisation. The review highlights opportunities including renewable energy, precision agriculture and nutrient recovery, while also identifying data, regional and social challenges that need to be addressed.

This review explores how social networks can help drive transformative change towards a nature-positive society. It identifies three pathways for action: collaborate with willing partners, challenge unsustainable and inequitable practices, and disrupt structures that hinder change. The authors argue that transformative networks need to navigate between these pathways and that networks of networks can combine different capacities to accelerate biodiversity-positive transformation.
